Joining Waiting List if baby is not born yet

We understand this is an exciting time to start planning and we encourage families who are expecting to place their name on our waiting list sooner rather than later.  Once the baby is born please contact our team to update your details.

Where to find our Policies and Procedures

Our Policies and Procedures are available on our online communication App – OWNA.

Families and educators are invited to provide feedback on our policies and procedures during our annual reviews.

Child Care Subsidy (CCS)

Child Care Subsidy is designed to make access to childcare more accessible to families. CCS is paid directly to LillyPilly by the Australian Government to be passed onto families as a fee reduction. Families are required to make a co-contribution to their childcare fees by paying the difference between the LillyPilly fee and the subsidy amount (commonly known as the gap fee).

CCS is means tested based on combined family income, the fortnightly activity of families and eligibility requirements apply. Families should contact Centrelink directly on 13 61 50 to discuss eligibility requirements and for further information on how to register for Child Care Subsidy.

Payment of Fees

Fees are payable two weeks in advance via direct debit arrangements from a bank account or credit card.  Statement/Invoices are available on the OWNA App.

Attendances

Fees are payable for all booked days regardless of attendance, this includes sickness, holidays and public holidays.  Child Care Subsidy will cover absences up to the allowable absence cap each financial year.
