Meet the owners

With four young children between them, all having attended early childhood education, Lillypilly founders and brothers Daniel and Tom Hall and their families know what it is like to entrust the care of your children to an early learning centre.

They know what it is like to kiss your children goodbye in the morning excited at what the day holds, and the wonderful feeling of seeing their happy smiles during pick-up at the end of the day. They know how important caring educators and staff who understand your child’s unique needs and personality are. They know the invaluable role that childcare plays in supporting a parent’s work and home life. And they also know how reassuring it feels to walk out of a centre to start your day, complimentary coffee in hand, knowing your children are stimulated and fulfilled in a centre that truly cares about them.

Building on the high level of importance their own parents placed on their quality education from early childcare to preschool, primary and beyond, Daniel and Tom wanted to create early childhood centres that their children would dream of going to and that they themselves would be proud to enrol their children into.

With a deeply personal and first-hand understanding of what kids, educators and parents need in a childcare environment, they created LillyPilly Early Learning Centres that are by family, for families.
