LillyPilly Early Education Centre honours the unique individuality of each child, and recognises that sparking the child’s natural curiosity is the key to unlocking their full potential.

Our Philosophy is derived from our logo, ‘the LillyPilly rainbow’ which has a strong connection with many of our children. Each element of the rainbow reflects LillyPilly; Community, Families, Children and Us, and what we consider to be our foundation, what defines us and what matters to us the most.

As each child seeks answers to their questions, develops an understanding of their uniqueness, and formulates ideas to make sense of their world; we are there to guide, support, and inspire them.
A creative hands-on approach ensures that the child’s natural curiosity is ignited. Inquiry-based, open-ended learning activities, promote the development of critical thinking and reasoning skills as the child becomes a motivated independent learner.
At LillyPilly we value all families’ heritage, culture and opinions. We view our centre and its educators, as part of the diverse community in which families raise their children. By fostering a strong sense of community with families and the wider community we create a shared sense of purpose, which creates the best possible outcomes for children.
Our purpose is to learn from our children, support their learning journey, and foster a love of learning that will guide them through life. We aim to understand each child for the individual they are, the path they choose, and the life they lead by being active listeners, learning from them and through them.
